Workshop Report Highlighting MGSI Participation
M.G Science Institute (MGSI) played a pivotal role in the successful three-days hands-on workshop on “Modern Microbial Testing: Techniques and Best Practices for Sterile Product Manufacturing” held from 17th to 19th July 2025. The event was a collaborative effort with L. M. College of Pharmacy and Shri B.V. Patel Education Trust, supported by AIC-LMCP Foundation and SSIP-LMCP.
MGSI proudly hosted two key practical sessions on 17th and 18th July. Dr. Noopur Goyal, Dr. Avni Divatia, and Dr. Payal Patel expertly facilitated Practical Session 1 on Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Practical Session 2 on Antimicrobial Activity, providing hands-on training in critical microbial testing methods. These sessions empowered participants with skills in evaluating drug efficacy, microbial resistance, and antimicrobial potency using current protocols.
The active involvement of MGSI in these practical modules enriched the overall workshop experience, blending academic rigor with real-world relevance. The institute’s infrastructure, faculty expertise, and commitment to scientific excellence were clearly evident, earning high appreciation from participants and collaborators alike
