The Master of Science (M. Sc.) in Geoinformatics is a two-year, four-semester program designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and practical skills in geospatial technologies, data analysis, and spatial modeling. The program combines different fields of study, like Geographic Information System (GIS), Remote Sensing (RS), Global Positioning System (GPS), and data science, to deal with difficult spatial problems in many areas, like natural resource management, disaster risk assessment, urban planning, and environmental management. This course covers the fundamentals and developments of geoinformatics, allowing for optimum application of the technology in various fields.
