The Department of Chemistry, M.G. Science Institute, Ahmedabad, successfully organized a P. M. Usha–sponsored two-day International Seminar on “Research and Innovation in Chemical Sciences” on 12th and 13th January 2026 at the M.G. Science Institute.
The seminar witnessed the participation of 225 delegates and featured five invited lectures by eminent academicians, scientists, and experts from India and abroad. The academic program included 12 oral presentations and 34 poster presentations, showcasing contemporary research and innovative developments in chemical sciences.
The primary objective of the seminar was to encourage students and young researchers to present their research work, promote academic interaction, and facilitate the exchange of ideas at a global level. The seminar concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation and positive feedback from all delegates.
