Fine Arts Club Event

Venue: Campus Garden, opposite Theatre 05, M.G. Science Institute

Introduction

A Fine Arts Club event was successfully conducted on Saturday, 10 January 2026, at the campus garden opposite Theatre 05. The programme was organised under the Fine Arts Club, for the students and by the students, with the objective of encouraging creativity, providing a platform to showcase artistic skills, and enhancing communication and awareness within the college community. The event aimed to foster a vibrant and participative campus culture.

Objective

The primary objective of the event was to provide a platform for students to explore, express, and exhibit their hidden talents. It sought to generate interest in creative activities, promote student engagement, and create an enjoyable and inclusive environment within the college.

Details of the Event

• Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

• All registered members were welcomed with a soft drink (Thums Up).

The event featured four creative stalls and several interactive activities:

• Nail Art

• Tattoo Art

• Charm Making

• Crochet

In addition to the stalls, students from various departments delivered live singing performances. The programme was followed by engaging games designed to increase participation and interaction among attendees.

The event was graced by the presence of:

Students from multiple departments participated enthusiastically and maintained decorum throughout the event, contributing significantly to its success.

Outcome

This being the first event organised by the Fine Arts Club, it was conducted successfully and received positive feedback from both students and faculty members. Participants appreciated the initiative and expressed interest in having more such creative events to enhance the college environment.

Based on feedback, improvements can be made in extending the duration of the event and strengthening logistical management for future programmes.
