1. Enter Program Type: Undergraduate (Regular) for UG
2. Enter APAAR ID (ABC ID): Enter your APAAR ID (ABC ID) if available.
3. Enter Name as per marksheet: Enter your name as per the marksheet.
4. Select Category: General/SEBC (OBC)/ SC/ ST/ EWS
5. Select Gender: Female/Male/Transgender
6. Enter Birthdate: DD-MM-YYY format
7. Tick the Consent
8. Enter Email: Enter your email address.
9. Enter Mobile No. Enter your mobile number.
10. Click on Get OTP. 
11. You will receive two separate OTPs, one on your mobile number and one on your Email ID.  Enter both OTPs, then enter the captcha code and click on the Submit button.
12. Username and Password: After successfully completing the quick registration process, GCAS will send you a unique login ID (username) and password to your registered email ID and mobile number. You will need these credentials to log in and fill out the admission form on GCAS. Keep this login ID (username) and password safe for future reference.

The Merit list will be based on the criteria set by the GCAS and MGSI. The merit list and the admission schedule will be displayed on the notice board/college website. Students get the message and/or email from the institution.

Students are required to visit the college for verification of their original documents.

After successful document verification and allotment of the subject group, students must proceed with the payment of fees (mode of payment is online).
