Introduction

M.G. Science Institute organised an interactive session by Dr. Neil Sequeira from V Mentor for
Semester IV students. This programme was part of the continued engagement that began in
Semester III. The Institute sincerely acknowledges the initiative and support of the Director,
Ahmedabad Education Society, whose efforts enabled the introduction of this assessment-
based developmental activity for students.

Highlights

In Semester III, students completed an online assessment designed to help them understand
their career suitability, employability skills, behavioural tendencies and overall self-awareness.
Detailed reports were shared with each student. In this follow-up session, Dr. Sequeira guided
students on how to interpret these reports meaningfully and understand the relevance of
different modules in shaping their personal and professional growth. He emphasised clarity
about one’s strengths and areas of improvement, the importance of communication and
interpersonal skills, and how behavioural awareness influences teamwork, responsibility and
long-term career readiness. The session also addressed student queries related to confidence,
public speaking and self-improvement, helping them connect their assessment insights with
practical development goals.

The session was constructive and well-received, giving students greater clarity on their
behavioural profiles and readiness for future career pathways. M.G. Science Institute expresses
