Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) – Self-Financed Department
The Self-Financed Department of M.G. Science Institute organized a Parent–Teacher Meeting
(PTM)* on 27th September 2025 Saturday for the students of Semester I and III from the
following programs:
The meeting commenced with a departmental presentation highlighting academic structure,
teaching methodologies, research exposure, student development activities, and overall
progress of the programs. This was followed by an interactive discussion session with parents
regarding academic performance, attendance, and student support initiatives.
The session was further enriched by the address of Principal Dr. Jatin Sir, Vice Principal Dr.
Noopur Ma’am, and Dr. R. D. Chaudhary Sir, who emphasized the role of collaborative efforts
between the institute and parents in ensuring holistic student development.
The PTM concluded with a high tea, providing an opportunity for informal interaction among
faculty, parents, and students.
The event was well-received and reflected the institute’s commitment to strengthening
parent–teacher collaboration, enhancing transparency, and ensuring continuous quality
improvement in alignment with NAAC and NEP 2020.
