The Self-Financed Department of M. G. Science Institute successfully conducted a workshop on self-discovery, leadership, and personal growth under the R.I.S.E. (Reflect, Identify, Strengthen, Evolve) initiative by INNINGS from September 10 to September 20, 2024.

The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Sanjay Joshi, a seasoned corporate executive, who guided students from B.S. Biotechnology,B.S. Data Science, M.Sc.Microbiology, and M.Sc.Chemistry on introspection, goal-setting, and essential life skills. The sessions were designed to enhance students’ critical thinking, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and professional communication.

Through structured activities and guided reflections, students gained insights into identifying their strengths, overcoming challenges with resilience, and fostering a growth mindset. The initiative aligns with the institute’s vision to holistically develop students, bridging academic learning with personal and professional competencies essential for success in higher education and career progression.
