Ms. Hetaben A. Patel is a faculty member at the Department of Mathematics, M.G. Science Institute, Ahmedabad. Her research focuses on inventory management, with a specialization in optimal procurement and pricing policies for inventory models with variable demand. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, at Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. She has successfully qualified national and state-level eligibility tests, including NET (National Eligibility Test), GSET (Gujarat State Eligibility Test), and CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test, CBSE, Delhi) in December 2019. Her research contributions have been published in reputed journals such as IJMOR, Mathematics, IJOR, IJCRT, AYUDH, and SURABHI.

Ms. Patel is an active participant in research, academic conferences, workshops and cultural events. She is known for her dedication, intellect, and creative spirit. A gifted poetess, she seamlessly blends the beauty of poetry with the abstract precision of mathematics, enriching both her teaching and writing. Her leadership skills are evident in her ability to collaborate effectively and guide teams, making her an integral part of almost every major committee within short time period. Alongside her Ph.D. research in mathematics, she actively contributes to promoting gender parity, reflecting her commitment to both academic excellence and social equity.
