Greetings, to all the stake holders of one of the oldest, biggest and prestigious science college in the state of Gujarat namely, Mafatlal Gagalbhai Science Institute (MGSI),managed by a premier educational trust: The Ahmedabad Education Society (AES). The institute has been accredited at “A” Grade by KCG (GoG), and thrice (2007, 2014 & 2021) by NAAC. It has a unique building and located in the heart of the city with greenery all around. It offers regular undergraduate (only science institute in the state to offer ten subjects), and Master’s degree programs conducted with well qualified and competent faculty, supportive administrative staff, excellent facilities and adequate infrastructurefor curricular and extra-curricular activities.The institute gets developmental and research grants from UGC, DBT, SAC-ISRO, GMDC, GSBTM, GUJCOST, GSA, etc.

The Career counselling is working through committee called Career counselling and placement cell.
The committee performs counselling of students at regular interval and guide them to look for the area of their interest. We are also arranging lecture related to personality development, carrier opportunity about preparing Curriculum-vitae and tips for facing interview etc.
